Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluators position with CXG, a global customer experience agency. This role is open to UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars. Provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve the customer experiences they deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
- Share opinions and observations about your experience in luxury retail environments.
- Provide detailed feedback on luxury brand customer experience.
- Advocate for service excellence through candid reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National (required).
