Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator position with CXG, a global customer experience agency. This is a freelance opportunity for UAE nationals based in the United Arab Emirates.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Evaluation
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
- Evaluate customer experiences across luxury retail sectors including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Document and share detailed feedback on observed experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE national status required.
- Premium or luxury brand shopping experience or demonstrable passion for luxury retail.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.
