Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences across cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and automotive sectors, providing detailed feedback to help brands deliver service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores and brand experiences.
- Share detailed opinions and observations about customer experience in luxury retail environments.
- Provide feedback on luxury brand performance across assigned markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Emirati national status required.
- Premium or luxury brand shopper or fan.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctuality and organizational ability.
