Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail environments and customer experiences, providing detailed feedback to help premium and luxury brands strengthen their service excellence and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury brand stores.
- Share detailed opinions and observations about customer experiences in luxury retail environments.
- Provide feedback on assigned luxury brands across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Experience as a premium or luxury brand shopper or enthusiast.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to observe and evaluate experiences with precision.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.
Additional Information
- Freelance contract basis.
