Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail environments and customer experiences across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars, providing detailed feedback to inform brand experience improvements and advocate for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet, in-store evaluations of assigned luxury brands.
- Share detailed opinions and observations about customer experiences in luxury retail environments.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on retail experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Punctual and organized approach to work.
