Role Purpose
Conduct discreet, confidential evaluations of luxury retail environments and customer service experiences across premium brands in designated markets, providing detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury brand retail locations in markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Share detailed opinions and observations about your experience in assigned luxury stores.
- Provide feedback on customer experience and service delivery.

- Demonstrated interest in premium and luxury brand shopping and lifestyle.
