Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, or cars.
- Deliver detailed feedback on luxury retail experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi national.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctual and organized.
