Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator for CXG, a global customer experience agency. This role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury retail experiences across assigned premium and luxury brands, and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores and brand experiences
- Evaluate luxury retail experiences across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars
- Share detailed opinions and feedback about experiences in assigned luxury stores
- Provide advocacy for service excellence
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi national (required)
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience
- Experience as a premium or luxury brand shopper or fan
