Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator based in Oman with CXG, a global customer experience agency.
Company Overview
CXG is a global customer experience agency servicing premium and luxury brands. The agency operates a network of 170+ customer experience experts across 70 countries, helping brands evaluate the experiences they deliver and develop programs that support strong experience and business culture.
Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences across markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars, providing feedback to help brands turn transactional moments into relationships and emotional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
- Share detailed opinions and feedback about customer experiences at premium and luxury retail locations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Arabic language proficiency required.
- Premium or luxury brand shopping experience and familiarity.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.
Additional Information
- Position targets expats willing to evaluate luxury retail experiences in Oman.
