Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator position with CXG, a global customer experience agency, based in Kuwait.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury retail experiences across assigned premium and luxury brands, providing detailed feedback to support service excellence and customer experience improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Store Evaluation
- Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury stores in assigned markets.
- Evaluate customer experiences across cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and automotive sectors.
- Provide detailed feedback on luxury retail experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Arabic speaker.
- Premium or luxury brand shopping experience or demonstrated passion for luxury retail.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Additional Information
- Contract type: Freelance.
- Position requires expat shoppers based in Kuwait.
