Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator with CXG, a global customer experience agency, based in Dammam, KSA.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands advocate for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
- Share detailed opinions about customer experience in luxury retail environments.
- Provide feedback on luxury brands across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctual and organized approach to work.
