Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator & Assessor with CXG, a global customer experience agency. This role is open to Saudi Nationals.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Evaluate assigned luxury retail stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Deliver detailed feedback on the customer experience encountered during evaluations.
- Share observations about favorite luxury brands and their service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (required).
- Premium or luxury brand shopper or enthusiast.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to remain punctual and organized.
- Observational skills to conduct discreet evaluations.
