Role Overview
Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator & Assessor with CXG, a global customer experience agency. This role is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer service and experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluations & Assessments
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
- Evaluate experiences across luxury markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Deliver detailed feedback on luxury retail experiences.
Advocacy
- Advocate for service excellence in luxury retail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (required).
- Keen interest in premium or luxury brand shopping.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.
