Role Overview
Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator & Assessor for CXG, a global customer experience agency. This is a freelance position open to Saudi Nationals.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Evaluate assigned luxury retail stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Deliver detailed feedback on the customer experience observed during evaluations.
- Share your opinion and observations about the luxury retail experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (required).
- Demonstrable passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with premium or luxury brand shopping and retail environments.
