Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator & Assessor with CXG, a global customer experience agency. This role is available to Saudi nationals.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands evaluate the experiences they deliver and strengthen service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Share detailed opinions and feedback about customer experiences in luxury retail environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi national.
- Genuine passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational ability.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Additional Information
- Freelance contract basis.
