Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator & Assessor for CXG, a global customer experience agency. This role is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands to assess customer experience delivery and provide detailed feedback that supports service excellence across premium retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluations & Assessments
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores in markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
Reporting & Feedback
- Deliver detailed feedback and opinions about experiences encountered during evaluations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (required).
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.
