Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail environments and customer experiences, providing detailed feedback to help brands enhance service excellence and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluations & Assessments
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Share detailed opinions and feedback about experiences in luxury retail environments.
- Advocate for service excellence through honest assessment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi national (required).
- Premium or luxury brand shopper or enthusiast.
