Role Overview
Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator & Assessor with CXG, a global customer experience agency. This is a remote or flexible engagement role based in Saudi Arabia, available to Saudi nationals only.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet, in-store evaluations of luxury retail experiences across assigned brands and markets, providing detailed feedback to help luxury retailers understand and improve their customer experience and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury brand retail locations.
- Evaluate customer experience across luxury markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Document detailed observations and feedback from each evaluation visit.
- Share honest, structured opinions about the retail experience encountered.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi national (required).
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Experience as a premium or luxury brand shopper or enthusiast.
