Role Overview
Radiant Hospitality Company is seeking a Freelance Hospitality Recruiter to join as an independent contractor. This role sources, screens, and places top-tier talent across various hospitality roles within client establishments.
Role Purpose
To identify, assess, and place qualified hospitality candidates by leveraging sourcing strategies, industry networks, and recruitment platforms while maintaining speed and accuracy to deliver competitive advantage for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Utilise various sourcing strategies and platforms to identify qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates within the hospitality sector
- Ensure speed and accuracy in candidate sourcing and submissions to maintain a competitive advantage
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs for different hospitality roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful hires
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment market conditions
- Maintain strong understanding of the Middle East hospitality market, including regional compensation structures and visa and hiring regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of various hospitality roles and requirements
- Strong understanding of the Middle East hospitality market, including regional compensation structures (basic salary, gratuity obligations) and visa and hiring regulations
- A strong network of hospitality professionals is highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using ATS systems (e.g., Workable) and recruitment software and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexible work hours and strong organisational skills

- Contract type: Independent contractor on a commission-only basis with no guaranteed base salary or retainer
