Role Purpose

Design, create, manipulate and tailor graphics, images, sound, animation, video and texts to create integrated multimedia for social-first content that brightens and engages audiences across client social feeds. Combine design skills with technical knowledge to develop relevant, meaningful and strikingly awesome fit-for-purpose designs across multimedia formats.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Collaboration & Ideation

• Partner with the social content development team alongside designers, copywriters and audiovisual specialists to create content aligned with the social brand content strategy.
• Shape the way forward for motion graphics within the team by inspiring and collaborating with the audiovisual team to produce top-class content.
• Participate in the conception of creative audiovisual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated and actively contribute to the development of audiovisual content and post-production content which is fit for feed.

Design & Production

• Interpret a client brief and storyboard to prepare design concepts and produce digital collateral.
• Create short videos and shape the visual approach for clients.
• Produce high-quality deliverables such as effects, motion graphic guidelines and innovative new techniques that can be used across the team.
• Ensure all designs are in line with the project's objectives and client expectations.

Content Capture & Technical Execution

• Work comfortably with basic shooting equipment for live coverage, interviews, social content, and video creation, including both filming and photography.
• Demonstrate proficiency in related equipment and software.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience working as a multimedia designer at a high, international level.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Advanced level of understanding related to motion graphic design and video editing.
• Basic shooting level hardware and software proficiency.
• Experience with color correction and knowledge of audio editing.
• 2D and 3D animation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
