FPD Training Specialist II at Bahri. The role coordinates and supports the execution of offshore training programs for fleet personnel.
Role Purpose
Coordinate and support the execution of offshore training programs for fleet personnel, ensuring effective scheduling, accurate data management, and consistent delivery of training activities in alignment with operational requirements and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training Administration
- Coordinate implementation of training plans and schedules.
- Arrange logistics for training delivery.
- Invite participants to training activities.
- Track attendance across all training programs.
Records and Documentation
- Maintain and update training records and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and proper tracking of all training activities.
Training and Licensing Data
- Update and manage training and licensing data.
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of experience in ship management or maritime field (preferred).
