Role Purpose

Lead financial planning and analysis for HealthHub's healthcare operations in Dubai, delivering financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes for healthcare operations
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis
• Develop and maintain strong financial modelling capabilities

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with healthcare business leaders on financial decision-making
• Support strategic financial initiatives across the healthcare business

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Significant prior experience in FP&A, ideally within healthcare
• CFA or CPA certification (an advantage)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial modelling skills
• Strong business partnering skills
