Role Purpose
You will be essential to warehouse operations at IKEA Cairo Festival City, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting seamless store supply.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Operate forklifts and equipment safely to receive, store, and move goods throughout the warehouse in compliance with IKEA operational standards.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for store supply, ensuring timely fulfillment and optimal goods availability.
- Maintain detailed warehouse records and inventory data to preserve accuracy and traceability of stock.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security protocols, actively promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment safely.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick and process orders.
- Commitment to health, safety, and security compliance with the ability to work methodically within established guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support warehouse operations that align with IKEA's standards.
