Role Purpose
Ensure smooth warehouse operations through safe and accurate handling of goods, inventory management, and order preparation that directly supports the store's success as a vital member of the Customer Fulfilment team.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Goods Handling
- Execute receiving and goods handling processes safely and accurately to maintain warehouse efficiency
Order Preparation
- Prepare and pick orders for store allocation, ensuring timely fulfillment of inventory needs
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory data and documentation to maximize product availability
Warehouse Operations & Compliance
- Perform warehouse operations and administrative tasks while adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- Forklift operation certification
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse environments
- Strong knowledge of IKEA operations and warehouse processes
Skills & Competencies
