FORKLIFT DRIVER

Role Overview

Forklift Driver at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate forklift equipment to move finished goods, materials, and waste throughout the facility while maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling

• Remove finished goods pallets from machine area to waiting area after shrink-wrapping.
• Transport waste trolleys to bailer area.
• Load finished goods pallets from transit area onto track.
• Unload waste trolleys inside waste containers.
• Make empty pallets available in machine area for production.
• Make empty waste trolleys available as needed.

Facility Management

• Arrange outside transit areas and empty pallets.
• Arrange baler area.

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform forklift daily maintenance tasks.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions related to the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
