Role Overview

Foreman - Production at Al Ghurair, responsible for overseeing production operations, maintenance activities, and safety compliance.

Role Purpose

Ensure reliable equipment performance, safe working conditions, and effective coordination between production and maintenance teams through proactive planning, troubleshooting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Plan maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.

Equipment & Reliability

• Troubleshoot equipment faults and diagnose root causes.
• Improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with production teams on maintenance activities and scheduling.
• Liaise with external vendors on equipment support and maintenance services.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Report on maintenance activities, equipment status, and performance metrics.
