Role Purpose

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will support the restaurant and lounge team in delivering warm, personalized, and memorable service that reflects MGallery's elegance and hospitality standards. Your role helps bring every guest experience to life while learning professional service practices in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care.
• Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
• Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.

Operations & Setup

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
• Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.

Standards & Compliance

• Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
