Role Overview
Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests during their stay.
Role Purpose
Deliver memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, efficient food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
- Delight guests by spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through every interaction
Menu Knowledge & Orders
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail
Operations & Station Management
- Manage the food service station to ensure it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
