Role Overview
Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests.
Role Purpose
Deliver memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, efficient food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, health, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
- Proactively look for ways to make the meal experience special for each guest.
- Answer guest questions with confidence and help them navigate menu options.
Menu & Service Knowledge
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
Station Management
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
