Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience

- Proactively look for ways to make each guest's meal experience special.
- Answer guest questions with confidence and help them navigate their dining choices.
Menu & Service Knowledge
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
Operations & Station Management
- Manage the food service station to ensure it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
