Role Overview
Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality through food and beverage service.
Role Purpose
Provide memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, efficient food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to make each guest's meal experience special.
- Answer guest questions about menu items, promotions, and specials with confidence.
Service Delivery
- Take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Deliver completed orders to guests promptly.
- Exercise attention to detail in all service activities.
Station Management
- Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Comply with alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
Product Knowledge
- Learn and master the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
