Role Overview
Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton, providing exceptional hospitality through food and beverage service that delivers memorable guest experiences.
Role Purpose
To spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences to guests through attentive, efficient food and beverage service during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Deliver an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special.
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence.
Food & Beverage Service
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
Station Management
- Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
