Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

Menu & Order Management

• Answer guest questions about offerings with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Deliver completed orders to guests promptly.

Station & Operations Management

• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout all service operations.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
