Role Overview

Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering food and beverage service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Deliver upbeat and friendly service to all guests during meal interactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and personalize each guest's meal experience.

Menu & Product Knowledge

• Learn and master details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Answer guest questions about menu offerings with confidence.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders to guests promptly with careful attention to detail.

Station Management

• Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
