Role Overview

Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton.

Role Purpose

Deliver memorable dining experiences by providing attentive food and beverage service, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and spreading the warmth of hospitality to every guest throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special.
• Delight guests by delivering exceptional service that creates lasting positive impressions.

Menu Knowledge & Operations

• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.

Station Management

• Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
