Role Overview

Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton. This role delivers food and beverage service in a hotel setting, creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, efficient service and genuine hospitality.

Role Purpose

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to hotel guests by taking orders, delivering meals and drinks promptly, maintaining service stations, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Deliver an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
• Proactively identify and execute ways to make each guest's meal experience special
• Answer guest questions with confidence about menu items, promotions, and specials

Menu & Order Management

• Learn and master the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials
• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system with attention to detail
• Deliver completed orders promptly

Service Station Operations

• Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
