Role Purpose

To supervise daily food and beverage outlet operations, lead the team to deliver personalized luxury service, and ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and hotel departments while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and hotel compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Welcome and interact with guests with a focus on providing attentive service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver personalized service in line with 5-star luxury standards.
• Assist with staff training, briefing, scheduling, and daily operational requirements.

Quality & Standards Monitoring

• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Support inventory control and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Guest Relations

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Skills & Competencies

• Russian language proficiency.
• Guest service and interaction skills.
• Team leadership and motivation.
• Knowledge of 5-star luxury hospitality standards.
