Role Purpose

Oversee the daily operation of the food and beverage outlet, maintaining quality standards while supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Oversee daily operations, including customer service and staff supervision.
• Maintain quality standards for food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.

Staff Management

• Train and mentor staff to improve their performance.
• Motivate and supervise the team.

Resource Management

• Manage inventory and costs for efficient resource utilization.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations.

Guest Relations

• Handle complaints effectively and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a prestigious hotel.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Complaint handling skills.
• Eye for details.
• Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
