Role Overview
Food & Beverage Supervisor at Palazzo Versace Dubai, responsible for leading service operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage events.
Role Purpose
Supervise service staff and maintain premium beverage and dining standards for all hotel guests and events, delivering expertly executed service while managing operations, cash handling, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Guest Experience
- Supervise the service staff team.
- Ensure standards are applied 100% of the time with 100% of guests.
- Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience for all events.
- Anticipate and service guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
- Ascertain guest satisfaction and handle any problems that may arise.
Operations & Administration
- Be punctual and greet colleagues and reports upon arrival for duties.
- Utilize the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete closing readings.
- Ensure all setups and mise en place are prepared for the next day's events.
- Ensure all areas, stores, and back areas are always kept clean and tidy.
- Handle cash and credit card procedures according to accounting department guidelines.
Reporting & Problem Resolution
- Inform a manager of any problems and how they were resolved.
