Role Purpose
Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results through ensuring compliance with brand and Food & Beverage standards, maintaining service quality, and developing a strong team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Satisfaction
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction in all Food & Beverage operations.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
Operations & Quality Assurance
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
- Achieve operational excellence through attention to detail.
Team Leadership & Development
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
- Handle daily team member relations.
- Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
Qualifications & Experience
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
