Menu & Order Management

• Answer guest questions about the menu with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Deliver completed orders to guests promptly.

Operations & Maintenance

• Manage the food service station to ensure it is fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Pay close attention to detail in all service activities.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
