Role Overview

Role Purpose

Prepare high-quality coffee and beverage products while training and mentoring staff on preparation techniques, presentation standards, and customer service. Drive consistency in product quality, support menu innovation, and maintain operational excellence across beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Production & Quality

• Prepare and develop high-quality coffee and beverage products.
• Develop and maintain beverage recipes and preparation procedures.
• Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to company standards.

Training & Mentorship

• Train staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service standards.
• Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and product knowledge.

Operations & Standards

• Monitor hygiene, food safety, and operational best practices.
• Support new product development and menu innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in the coffee and food & beverage industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, beverages, and F&B operations.
• Previous experience in training and coaching staff is preferred.
