Role Purpose
Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction & Reservations
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through all interactions.
- Take reservations via phone and email.
- Greet guests and accompany them to their table.
- Monitor table rotation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operation.
- Experience working in a luxury hotel chain.
- LQA Standards knowledge.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Strong guest interaction skills.
- Excellent English skills.
