Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during banquet and event operations while maintaining Four Seasons' service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup and Service

• Set up banquet venues, tables, and service stations according to event requirements.
• Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests during events.
• Ensure guest needs are attended to promptly and efficiently.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with event breakdown and the proper storage of equipment and supplies.

Standards and Compliance

• Follow Four Seasons service standards, health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently employed in Kuwait with a valid work visa sponsored by your current employer.
• Ability to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer permitting part-time work.
• Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or banquet service experience is preferred.
