Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests according to established departmental standards and voco brand service behaviours, maintaining cleanliness and cost efficiency while building strong guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Serve food and beverage to guests according to prescribed service standards and procedures with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
• Master and perform the service sequence standards in the outlet.
• Establish a rapport with guests and maintain good relationships.
• Contribute to overall guest experience metrics through delivery of voco brand standards and service behaviours.

Operations & Standards

• Ensure SOP Basic standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
• Take a hands-on approach in the operation of the outlet.
• Attend daily briefings on preparation, service and menu.
• Be knowledgeable of food and beverage items in the restaurant.
• Liaise with supporting departments on daily operations and quality.

Maintenance & Cost Control

• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, fixtures and service areas in the station assigned.
• Be responsible for cost saving on guest supplies, food supplies, electricity, water and other resources.

Compliance & Development

• Maintain complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel's policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• Attend all required training sessions and programmes.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 year related experience in the same capacity.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory.
• Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
• Naturally outgoing and friendly personality with passion for service excellence.
• True team-player mentality with flexible attitude towards diverse tasks.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
