Role Purpose
Deliver memorable food and beverage experiences for guests by empowering hospitality teams to maintain quality service and exceptional standards across multiple outlets and kitchen facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Management
- Manage and delegate everyday duties for committed hospitality professionals on the food and beverage team.
- Oversee multiple teams, kitchens and food outlets capable of catering to 500 people.
- Maintain food and beverage equipment, facilities and stock levels to ensure exceptional guest and corporate experiences.
Standards & Compliance
- Manage food and beverage standards to deliver against the commitment to responsible business practices.
Financial Management
- Work closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets.
- Drive revenue alongside budget management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
- 2 to 4 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
