Role Purpose

Assist in maintaining smooth operations within the Food & Beverage Department by supporting daily restaurant and service operations and ensuring guests receive a professional and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Assist with restaurant, bar and banquet service operations
• Assist with setting up tables and preparing service areas
• Welcome guests and assist with their food and beverage requirements

Cleanliness & Standards

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within the outlet and service areas
• Support the team in following food safety, hygiene and service standards

General Support

• Provide general support to the Food & Beverage team
• Assist the team from time to time when required
• Handle administration and maintain good relationships with different departments
