To support all food and beverage operations and deliver memorable guest experiences by preparing for dining and event service, greeting guests warmly, taking and serving orders accurately, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Service Operations
- Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
- Greet guests warmly.
- Take and serve orders accurately.
- Ensure a consistently high level of service.
Table Preparation and Setup
- Prepare tables with precision for dining and events.
- Set and arrange tables.
- Fold napkins.
- Clean and place tableware.
Cleanliness and Safety
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
Skills & Competencies
- Hospitality mindset and warmth in guest interactions.
- Attention to detail in table preparation and service.
- Ability to work across multiple F&B areas (bar, restaurant, room service, events).
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
