Role Overview

Food and Beverage Assistant at Hilton. This role operates within the Hotels team, delivering hospitality across food and beverage operations.

Role Purpose

Support all food and beverage operations by preparing for dining and event service, greeting and serving guests, maintaining table settings and cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Support all food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Prepare tables with precision, including setting and arranging tables for dining and events, folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and courteously.
• Take and serve orders accurately.
• Ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.

Compliance and Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
