Role Purpose

Lead daily floral operations and create exquisite arrangements that bring elegance to guest rooms, public spaces, and special occasions. Ensure every display reflects thoughtful craftsmanship, exceptional freshness, and care for each guest's preferences while managing resources responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Design

• Lead daily floral operations by prioritizing requests and coordinating preparation and delivery to ensure every arrangement is ready on time and presented with care.
• Create exquisite floral designs by crafting and quality-checking bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative displays that complement the hotel's elegant spaces.
• Personalize special moments by preparing thoughtful floral arrangements for VIP arrivals, guest suites, weddings, events, and celebrations that reflect individual preferences and occasion themes.

Inventory & Quality Management

• Preserve freshness and beauty by overseeing receiving, conditioning, trimming, hydration, storage, and stock rotation to maintain flower and plant quality while minimizing wastage.
• Manage stock responsibly by monitoring flowers, plants, vases, accessories, and supplies, maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating timely replenishment within agreed budgets.
• Maintain immaculate displays by inspecting arrangements and decorative plants throughout the hotel and refreshing or replacing them promptly to keep every display at its best.

Team Leadership & Development

• Guide and develop the team by allocating tasks, coaching Florist Assistants, and reinforcing careful handling, creative craftsmanship, and consistent presentation standards.

Coordination & Partnerships

• Coordinate every detail by partnering with Housekeeping, Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Engineering to fulfill floral requirements and arrange installations with minimal disruption to guests.

Workshop & Standards Maintenance

• Keep the workshop service-ready by maintaining clean, organized workshops, chillers, storage areas, tools, and equipment in line with hotel hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Inspire fresh ideas by supporting the Florist Manager and Housekeeping Management in refining floral concepts, improving daily practices, and reducing costs and waste without compromising quality.
